Hi, I'm Antoinette McCue, the owner of Rainbow Canyon Preschool & Day Care, originally named Antoinette’s Preschool. In 1978 I was pregnant with my first child, Ryan. I knew I had to work but did not want to be away from my son. I wanted a high quality program for my child so I set out to become the best I could offer my son & others.

April 1, 1979 I purchased the property and broke ground to start construction on the building. September of 1980 I opened the doors to Antoinette’s Pre-school, the 3 rd pre-school in the area at the time, I had a waiting list before I opened. I started with 4 classrooms and no school age children. In 1982 I had my second child, my daughter, Natalie.

We have grown and changed with the city of Chino over the years. Child Development is a science therefore our curriculum is always changing with each new development we continue to be lifelong learners. I changed the name to Rainbow Canyon Preschool and Day Care in 1998. Currently we have 1 Toddler classroom, 3 preschool classrooms, 2 transitional kindergarten classrooms, and 3 school aged classrooms. My Daughter, Natalie, is taking over for me as I semi retire.

The most rewarding part of being a part of this community is that my original students are now returning with their children as new students. I know I have done it right with that kind of return.
